The John Ben Shepperd Texas Leadership Forum is a state-wide public leadership conference that has brought together the best in Texas leadership since 1985. Its power lies in its unique format: joining together aspiring and established Texas leaders to discuss and address the challenges facing the state.

Texas Leadership Forum Mission
The annual JBS Texas Leadership Forum (TLF) accomplishes two goals: 1) Provide a unique and powerful way to unite established Texas leaders with young aspiring leaders for the purpose of leadership education, mentoring, coaching, and addressing the topmost state challenges in support of the Texas Legislature and, 2) Recognize selected outstanding Texas leaders in various categories, including induction into the Texas Leadership Hall of Fame.
