Family of the Year honor goes to family who dedicated 44 years to community
Odessa American: Their love for their neighbors in Midland and Odessa can’t be measured, and for the doctors Kamal and Nalin Tolia, the time they have also poured into the community can’t really be quantified either.
Olga Coe, the development and community relations director at Samaritan Counseling Center, said the Tolias “epitomize the definition of what it means to be a Samaritan.”
“They define compassion, empathy and generosity throughout our community,” she said.
It’s for these reasons, which are backed up by each of the Tolia’s history of community service, they clinched the title of the Samaritan Counseling Center’s 23rd Annual Family of the Year. Read more here…
