JBS signs on new Advisory Council Members

JBS welcomes Brooks Landgraf and Shelby Levins as its newest Advisory Council members.

Brooks Landgraf:

Brooks is the Chief Counsel and Director of Government Affairs, Medical Center Health System, Odessa, Texas. Prior to that, he served with Shafer, Davis, O’Leary & Stoker Law firm as Associate Attorney and Legislative Affairs Liaison. Brooks is very involved with community, serving as the Director of the Midland-Odessa Transportation Alliance, BSA – Comanche Trails District, Director of the Communities in Schools of the Permian Basin, and a member of the Youth & Government State Advisory Board. Mr. Landgraf earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University school of Law and BS in Political Science (cum laude) from Texas A&M University at College Station.

Shelby Levins:

Shelby is the Evening Anchor at KMID-TV (Channel 2) in Midland. Growing up a proud “military brat,” Shelby lived all over the world, and graduated from high school in Germany. But one constant throughout the moves – coming home to West Texas.She has always had a passion for people, a love for story-telling and a thirst for knowledge. Shelby began her on-air career with KXII-TV in Texoma, as the Bureau Chief in Ardmore, Oklahoma. After a little more than a year, she was promoted to Weekend Anchor, working out of the main newsroom in Sherman, Texas. In November 2012, Shelby joined the Big 2 News team as the Good Morning West Texas Anchor. In less than a year, she was promoted to Evening Anchor. Shelby was graduated with honors from Trinity University with a Bachelors degree in Speech Communication and Business Administration.
